Young, Free & Willing Network - a good start with team building
On 24 to 25 September about 30 young people from all over the country was shaken up
well at the PH cafeen in Vesterbro, Copenhagen - and a youth network was formed!
| The Young, Free & Willing Network was opened with an exciting weekend course at the PH cafeen in Vesterbro, Copenhagen. The about 30 participants came from all over the country and with very different backgrounds. Yet they were good at talking together and include one another - aided by team building exercises, role play, group work, evening relaxation mm. Saturday included group work, a trip to the Freetown Christiania, team building and a cosy evening with live music - and here the young people had a good opportunity to know each other, share experiences and make networks with each other with the common focus on voluntary social work. On Sunday there were professional input from the Director of FIC and former MP Claus Larsen-Jensen about the EU, and the Project Manager Nikolai Lang, Campaign World's Best News about being a volunteer in a developing context. Young said that especially the role play and team building was good, and that the network has given them new friends and acquaintances! |
